Back in 2002 I  left a career in fashion design to look after my three young children. After a few years at home, I was really missing being creative and learnt millinery (hat making). This is how I discovered felt and it was love at first sight! I had to learn how to make it and this is just what I did. The more I learnt about this amazing material and its versatility, the more I felt inspired.

In 2009, I started to exhibit at craft fairs to sell my felted goods. At Christmas time, I decided to make a little kit for people to make felt gingerbread men. It was an instant hit! I realised people were keen to learn and make so, in 2010, the business was born!

I decided to concentrate on felt sewing kits and to inspire others. I attended trade shows, retail fairs, started to sell on Create and Craft TV and it all grew from there. We are now selling all over the UK, France, the rest of Europe, Australia and Japan.
