Beginners Crochet Class.

Over three x two hour classes you will:

• Learn the key terms, difference in UK & US terminology, materials and basic stitches.
• Learn the difference in yarn weights and how this impacts on gauge and the finished project.
• Brief history of crochet.
• Holding the Hook and Holding the Yarn.
• Learn increasing and decreasing.
• How to read a pattern and graph.
• Learn to crochet in the round.
• Learn increasing and decreasing.
• Weaving in your ends.
• Complete a Granny Square and
• Complete one of the Yarn Me Calm Spoke and Petals Coasters.

Each student receives a Yarn Me Calm Learn to Crochet Tote and :

• One ball of Peppin 8, Superb 8 and Wren,
• Clover amour 4.00mm hook
• Patons learn to crochet book
• Stich markers
